Developed in direct response to increasing needs for eProcurement
services, our powerful and proprietary TalentLink information

or Direct Hires. A completely customized, highly interactive,
Windows-driven database system, our TalentLink solution
reduces administrative costs and enables Advantage professionals
to devote their attention to assessing Client needs, and to
recruiting and placing highly qualified Associates. Additional
TalentLink benefits lie in the system's ability to facilitate
back-office functions and to provide Clients with real-time
access to their billing and reporting.
This proprietary system is hosted on an Advantage server and
accessible to Clients via our website. Its customized and interactive
capabilities can fully meet the needs of small and mid-size
companies as well as larger ones that lack an enterprise-wide
system for procuring and managing staff.
Client Enterprise System
Our technology integrates easily and effectively with company-wide
systems such as Beeline, Chimes, and Ariba. Additionally, we
recently formed a strategic alliance with White Amber, the provider
of a vendor neutral, web-enabled, end-to-end paperless solution
