As we evaluate each candidate, we conduct formal, face-to-face,
multi-hour, 8-step interviews and complete a detailed reference
check and validation of background information. To ensure that
we place an Associate in the right position, we help to define
career goals and to chart a path to achieve them. We use responses
to our Work Style Guide questionnaire to understand each Client's
unique work environment and to characterize the type of environment
in which each Associate feels comfortable.
